Daily maintenance is divided into three levels: pre-shift checks of tires, brakes, emergency stop buttons, and battery connections; post-shift cleaning of the machine body dust, checking battery capacity, charging when the battery level is below 20%, and regularly adding distilled water to lead-acid batteries, avoiding overcharging and overdischarging of lithium batteries. Lubricating grease is added to the wheel axles and transmission bearings every week, and the motor and electrical control lines are inspected and repaired monthly. Damaged cables are replaced in time. Safety regulations:严禁 overloading， single-sided heavy loading； prohibit high-speed emergency braking； faults and abnormal sounds should be immediately powered off and stopped for maintenance； do not operate with faults. Standard maintenance can extend the service life of the battery and the entire machine， reduce the frequency of fault shutdowns， and significantly reduce maintenance costs over the long term.
